Terms of service

RentalFM is a rental system operated by Rentos LLC, tax code 0401xxxxxx, registered at 89 Nguyễn Văn Thoại, An Hải Bắc Ward, Sơn Trà District, Da Nang, Vietnam.

RentalFM currently operates 5 buildings in Da Nang: Ben House, Dawn Apartments, SolVilla, Solego Villa and Solego Villa 2.

RentalFM provides short-term (nightly) and long-term (monthly) apartment and villa rentals in Da Nang, along with housekeeping, 24/7 support via Zalo and WhatsApp, and additional amenities described in each listing.

We own and operate our properties directly and are not a marketplace intermediary.

You submit a booking request through the website. RentalFM will confirm within 1–2 hours (during business hours 08:00–22:00 Vietnam time) by email.

A member of our team will agree the room, dates and price with you, then send payment details (a VietQR code or bank account number) by email or through the messaging channel you are using.

The booking is officially confirmed once RentalFM confirms that full payment has been received. Until then the dates are not firmly held and may be taken by another guest.

There is no automatic time-based cancellation. If you decide not to proceed, please let us know so we can release the dates.

Guests must provide accurate check-in information (full name, ID/passport, nationality, visa expiry for foreigners) per the Vietnamese Residence Law and Decree 62/2021/NĐ-CP.

Guests are responsible for the property during their stay. Damages caused by guests will be deducted from the deposit or invoiced at market rate.

No smoking inside rooms. No loud parties after 22:00. No pets unless pre-approved in writing.

We commit to providing rooms as described, cleaned before check-in, and 24/7 support via the announced channels.

In cases of force majeure (natural disaster, wide-area power outage, infrastructure failure), we will make reasonable efforts to move guests to an equivalent room or refund per the Cancellation Policy.

RentalFM is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, replacement costs, or other consequential damages except as required by Vietnamese law.

Our maximum liability in any case shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific booking in question.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.

Disputes are first resolved by direct negotiation. If no agreement is reached within 30 days, disputes will be settled at the competent People's Court in Da Nang.
